From the moment we arrived, we had Matt Schaal and Johnny Fernandez greet us. They asked us several questions about the vehicle type we were interested in as well as if we wanted a specific brand. We were shown the Nissan Murano, and it was exactly the color combination we were looking for. We took it for a test drive, and we thought it seemed sluggish, and loud. We love how clean and maintained the vehicle was, but since it had over 100,000 miles on it, it had no type of warranty. We told them of our concerns, and they said they would have their mechanics take a look at it and make an evaluation. We then went to try a couple of other Murano's, of the same year. They seemed peppier but weren't the color combinations we were looking for, but we thought we could live with. Johnny called us back and said they found a crack in the exhaust system and they also did a tune up on the vehicle at their expense. They asked us to come back and see if we thought it ran better and was quieter. We agreed, we did like how it now performed. They didn't change their price, and they washed the vehicle again, and got the financing done at a good rate with no money down. What more could you ask for. We left there with a nice vehicle and not feeling beat up like you do at some other dealerships. Matt was so helpful with Johnny to get the deal done and Robert Watt was also exceptionally nice with describing the financing and having us extend the power train warranty. I went to Joe in search for a replacement for a vehicle that was involved in a wreck. Not only did he meet my requirements going in, he far exceeded them. After an accident that resulted in the totla loss of my current vehicle I was in need of a dependable and cost effcient vehicle. I was also somewhat credit challenged. I contacted Kunes and spoke with Curtis Knaack from their Special Finance Department. Curtis pre qualified me for a monthly payment based on my personal information. Upon arrival at the dealership I was greeted by Mike Myers who who showed me the vehicles that I was qualified for. Mike and Curits worked very hard to get the deal done and with a manageable payment on a great used 2012 Buick Verano. I am thrilled with the vehicle and the service and care and concern showed to me by Curtis and Mike. Both are true professionals and are assets to Kunes.
