Disappointed. I originally wrote a review on here when i first bought my car back in 2012. I bought a 2012 Chevy Sonic that had 3 whole miles on it. I was very happ I originally wrote a review on here when i first bought my car back in 2012. I bought a 2012 Chevy Sonic that had 3 whole miles on it. I was very happy at the time of buying the car and felt like they took care of me. Of course, I had only a certain amount of time to write up the review, so I was still in my "excitement" mode. Let me tell you how I feel a year and a half later after dealing with this company.... First, they sold me a lemon car. I have had the same transmission problems worked on 3 times, including having to get a new transmission put into the vehicle. Keep in mind, this vehicle was brand new and not used. Second, I have not received ANY paper work on the vehicle in the year and a half that I have had this car. I have no paper work showing me my warranties, my coverage on the vehicle for the price I'm paying, what I've signed, NOTHING. I have called multiple times and had to leave multiple "messages" for people to get back to me and have not received a phone call from anyone. When I did talk to Brian (I believe this was his name, but do not see his name in the selection list) a week after purchasing the vehicle, he told me it would take a couple of weeks to get paper work in the mail. I NEVER GOT ANYTHING AND STILL DONT HAVE ANYTHING! I cant even communicate with these people because they don't know how to return phone calls. Third, my dad had to co-sign for me. We dealt with a guy named Robert. He told both me and my dad that I would be the primary on the loan and the title and that my dad would be the secondary. After talking to Wells Fargo, my dad is the primary and when I pay this car off, the title will be in his name. Which really ticks me off because I am the one making the payments, not him. It is MY car, not my dad's. Overall, I'm just very disappointed in this dealership, the lies that were dealt, and the lack of organization. Whenever people ask me where I got my car, I tell them Kunes Country Chevy in Delavan, WI, but DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING THERE EVER AGAIN! Also, my sister purchased a vehicle from here and has also had nothing but trouble. She recently bought a new truck and did not go back to Kunes Country. This dealership will make you feel special and like your getting a deal and what not until you seal the deal, then your nothing but a past customer that put money in their pockets. Now I'm left to try and figure things out and get everything where it needs to be. Lesson learned! More

She is very knowledgable on all vehicles and very patient when your not so sure about the first cars brought to you! She always had a smile on her face and enjoyed everyminute of her job. I would recommend her any day to anyone. They were not over bearing when you first arrive or pushy in anyway shape or form. The only thing I wish was different is that they made sure any cars that had recalls on them at one point or another was remedied before selling the car. Other than that...
