Got it done when no one else could I looked online at their inventory and talked Mike Meyers in the Chevy dealership in Delavan and he got the vehicle from another one of his dealership I looked online at their inventory and talked Mike Meyers in the Chevy dealership in Delavan and he got the vehicle from another one of his dealerships lat on a Monday and I got to see it that night. I had tried several of Milwaukee's MAJOR Car Dealershi I need a choir to sing the praises I have for Kunes Country Chevrolet Cadillac in Delavan, WI. I had tried several of Milwaukee's MAJOR Car Dealerships and got absolutely no where. See, I come with some financial baggage and many dealers 'talk the talk' but when a client shows up and doesn't make $80k a year or have a 750+ credit rating, then they no longer are willing to meet you even half way and 'walk the walk.' No So With Kunes Country. Nick, my Sales Associate was the consummate professional and we emailed initially back and forth for over a month before I was able to get down there and car shop. I had worked at a major Milwaukee Car Company so I knew all about sales strategy, emotional purchasing, etc. I threw every hard ball I had in my arsenal at Nick and he never wavered! He kept telling me that we would get me where I wanted to be for my monthly payment, oh and here's a HUGE thing... When I got there one Saturday afternoon... the dealership did something I'd never seen before.. EVER. They flipped the process! They began the financial piece FIRST, so we could see where I fell with regard to my range (what i could afford to buy and keep within my monthly payment budget!) WOW! They listened, they did their homework and they had me in and out of there in an AMAZING used vehicle in about 3 hours! (that's unheard of when it comes to a vehicle purchase.) So if you're seeking a better, safer, fabulous vehicle at a monthly price you can manage... take the hour drive to Delavan, I guarantee you'll not have wasted your time. Nick, Scott, Nicole, Curtis, Johnny, everyone who I worked with at Kunes Country did everything possible to make my car buying experience a positive one! They now have a customer for LIFE!
