Great Team After seeing a car on the internet that I was interested in buying, my wife and I decided to drive up to Delavan from our home near Elgin, Il. Of cou After seeing a car on the internet that I was interested in buying, my wife and I decided to drive up to Delavan from our home near Elgin, Il. Of course, we were concerned about buying a car from an out of state dealer but the online reviews for Kunes were excellent so we decided to give it a chance. After driving up to Delevan from our home in Carpentersville, we unfortunately found that the car we selected had some issues that had just developed. Though everyone at Kunes (Sales Associate Matt Miller and Sales Manager Bill Ederer) was convinced the service department could resolve all those issues, my wife and I decided we needed to go a different route. We decided to stick with the same type of car, but to buy newer. Matt Miller (Sales Associate) looked over the inventory of all of their dealerships, found our perfect match at another dealership, and had it delivered to Kunes Chevrolet the next morning. By mid afternoon, we were driving home in a great car. Many thanks to Matt, Bill and to Robert Watt for their hard work and their ability to find a car that was a perfect fit for us. More
