Amazing!!! I came in on a Saturday afternoon to just look around. I filled out the loan approval paperwork with Lisa and Adam. By Tuesday I was in a car. Eric Burt Poor Service I showed interest online a few weeks ago on a used Silverado. I new with me buying a new car a few months ago from Gary Lang Chevrolet(A+++ Service) t I showed interest online a few weeks ago on a used Silverado. I new with me buying a new car a few months ago from Gary Lang Chevrolet(A+++ Service) that it would be hard to get into a truck with my wife. I talked with Eric Burt once on the phone and he said he would try his best and to come in ASAP. I decided to wait and received multiple calls and emails from Eric Burt and Kunes daily. I decided to go in last Saturday. I went in and he told me to bring back my wife's trail blazer for a trade. I drove straight home and back(about 45 minutess to an hour round trip). We returned and filled out the paper work and sat around till close when Eric came back and said that he would contact us first thing Monday because the banks were closing. I was okay with that. Well come Monday I had received no call and left a voicemail for him Monday evening only to receive no call all day Tuesday or Wednesday. Wednesday I decided to call a manager because I wanted a answer to my application. So I call Wednesday and talk to who I was told was the GM and his name was Paul. Paul told me Eric was a very busy guy and did not always have time to return calls to customers(made me laugh). Paul then went on to say that he would look into it and return my call same day or first thing Thursday, I received no call from him all day Thursday(today) and decided to call him. Paul answered and said I know who this is after saying my name. He said he had some information and I asked for it. He finally told me that it would not be possible after all this. I asked why I could not get answer sooner or a call from Eric or himself within a few days. He said they are very busy. I was able to get a brand new Cruze with no cosigner from Gary Lang in McHenery IL. I was not offered to be able to have a cosigner or down payment(which both were doable). I called GM and filed a formal complaint on the dealership and am currently awaiting an apology from Eric and the owner. I still love GM and will not let this one dealership belittle me. I More
