Excellent Experience with Mike Myers I contacted Kunes one morning after finding a 2016 Suburban in their inventory that matched what I was looking for. By the end of that day, after a series of conversations, I agreed to purchase the vehicle. Mike Myers was my sales rep. I can't say enough good things about him and the experience. First, I believed the price to be great -- both on the new vehicle and the used vehicle I traded in. Second, the service and attentiveness was better than my prior four experiences buying a new car. It's worth mentioning that I live in Chicago and never stepped foot into the dealership. As a result, I had a ton of questions and concerns (it's not every day you buy a vehicle over the phone). Mike spent a lot of time explaining the process for delivery of the vehicle and assured me that he and the delivery person from Kunes (also fantastic) would ensure I was comfortable with the vehicle and deal before acceptance. It worked out very well and I intend to buy my next Chevy or Cadillac over the phone with Mike, too! More
