I had alot of help when purchasing my 2016 Trax !! The sales staff where so helpful and courteous - It was as if they knew exactly what I wanted !! I was also given a lesson on how to use On-Star !! Shouldve read reviews before buying Ustomer rep was friendly BUT on way out of dealership when I was told it had a full tank of gas I had less than half and vehicle was not clean inside Ustomer rep was friendly BUT on way out of dealership when I was told it had a full tank of gas I had less than half and vehicle was not clean inside furthermore part of gas cap was missing causing a code right away and i had to travel to Milwaukee to get my son!! I bought gas cap at my expense later and yea code still there found out I needed a o2senaor and was told when I received vehicle everything worked? Was told by rep he would send me a personal check to cover cost of o2 sensor i purchased i even sent pic to him of receipt of o2 sensor... and as of today for two months whining noise ... and intermittent starts and stops... its the alternator or Guelph pump or power steering had to save money to go to a shop and now I have to find one that won't fleece me. Me and my mother told them we need a reliable vehicle one that won't fall apart in moths that I had been scammed by a previous dealer and this would be my first Chevy. Why was dealer so weirder out looking at dash while I was driving and to think I heard Christian music playing in background at store thinking honest people yes it's a used truck but come on reliable means reliable ... my apt rent will be late now and I'll have to pay late fees and how am I going to get to work im a single mom with no friends or family all are 100s of miles away I can't get any help from them and they can't send money I'm screwed and I wrote a good review right away because of représentative I think I should've waited before rating them all More
