Worst experience at a dealership. After receiving multiple ads in the mail to come to this dealership , I finally took the bait. I filled out the online application knowing I have les After receiving multiple ads in the mail to come to this dealership , I finally took the bait. I filled out the online application knowing I have less than perfect credit. Within minutes I received a call from Amanda telling me they have pre-approved me. All I need is proof of residence a check stub and an ID. Well upon arrival I never met with Amanda. I met with one salesman who was to busy to help , so another salesman came and told me my credit was poor and going to be hard to approve. I asked why I was told I am pre-approved and he stated that there was a process I had to go through and it takes time. Well long story short I was told that If I didn't sit and wait that others would be taken and I would be put at the bottom of the list. Me and my wife were shocked and could not believe this and said forget it unless they could get me approved and call with a definite. As we were exiting the salesman crumpled up paperwork and said easy-peasy. Not professional nor warranted. I hope this was the only time this has happened but I'm sure I'm not the first nor the last.. More
