WARNING finance department and service sucked! I recently purchased a truck from kunes. I was look for a used vehicle that was in good shape. I was able to find one in decent shape but I had a coup I recently purchased a truck from kunes. I was look for a used vehicle that was in good shape. I was able to find one in decent shape but I had a couple minor fixes that turned out to cost me a lot of money in the end. The person who sold me the truck was very unprofessional (Mike M.) When i thought the general manager and head finace person would help there we’re terrible as well! Even if you call to let them know something is wrong there just ignored you. Do not buy from this dealership. Do your research before going there it was a very bad experience, the only person who was honest was the mechanic that tried his best to work with me! More

Vinny did most of the work for us--he provided a number of options (with pros and cons specifically for our family situation), he was clearly knowledgeable, and even assisted with some special circumstances. If I could give this place NO stars I would! DO NOT GO HERE I bought a car 1 YEAR AGO and have had NOTHING but troubles since then. The sales (Lori Almburg) and the finance (Rick Burke) saw an opportunity to t I bought a car 1 YEAR AGO and have had NOTHING but troubles since then. The sales (Lori Almburg) and the finance (Rick Burke) saw an opportunity to take advantage of me since I wasn't in much of a place for bargaining and a single woman/mom coming in by myself with not much knowledge of cars. I am educated and overall well informed. I believed I was in good hands with Kunes, but the series of events that have rolled out over the last year have really shown me that they truly played me. I had no money for a down payment and not the greatest credit. Also, the car I was currently driving was on its last life; so I basically needed to leave the lot with a new vehicle. I specifically said that I needed three rows, but ended up being sold a car that is only 2. They coerced me into believing that I would not qualify for anything else and this was the only car I could get.....again remember, I HAD to get a new car....my old one was not going to make it home. My thought process became: a newer car with 2 rows is still going to be better than my old car dying on the side of the road with my kids inside. I would have to put more money into fixing my old car than what is was worth (value wise). The car they sold me was a 2013, which was also better than my 2009. Because I had no money down, they did work out a payment plan for me to pay them back a down payment amount. That is the only good thing I can say about this place. They lied about the mileage on the new (used) car I bought. On the bank application and on the sales tag it read 54,546 --- when in reality there were 60,996 miles on the car. I only noticed this as I was driving away with the vehicle. They never did the 60,000 mile maintenance to the vehicle either. I asked for a CARFAX and they said that it would be included in the information for me to take home. *Warning!* but at this point in the sale I had been there THREE hours and was ready to go home. There was NO carfax included in my paperwork when I got home. When I ran a carfax myself, I found out THERE WAS AN ACCIDENT ON MY VEHICLE THAT THEY DID NOT TELL ME ABOUT which caused STRUCTURAL DAMAGE. In the past 12 MONTHS I have had to replace: • All FOUR Tires (there was NO tread on them when I bought the car. I didn’t realize this was something that I’m supposed to check and was naive enough to believe I was in good hands) • Front/Rear Brake Pads AND Rotors • Pistons & Rings • Intake Camshaft On top of all the maintenance I’ve had to do for this car which should have previously been taken care of – the experience I had at the dealership was less than satisfactory. Lori was rude and judgmental to my situation and did not do much interacting with me. Felt very stand-offish. From start to finish I was at the dealership for 5 (FIVE) hours! Rick was a nice and seemed to be able to relate with me, but again, looking back at it now – I truly feel that he just played me to make me feel comfortable. This car was sitting on the lot too long, they needed it gone and they needed a sucker to take advantage of. So unless you are 1) male, 2) know everything there is to know about the car shopping experience and the general maintenance/requirements for vehicles before purchase, and 3) have great credit ---- do yourself a favor and AVOID THIS PLACE to save you the hassle and expense it’s going to cost you in the long run. In 1 year I have had probably $5,000 in maintenance to a vehicle that doesn’t even meet my minimum expectation (3 rows). More

I had already experienced too many during my adventure of looking. She listened to my needs, followed through very timely and was a pleasure dealing with. If you want someone who knows you are spending your money to purchase a car and not talking down to you, I recommend you talk to Lori you won't be disappointed! More
