Best car buying experience ever! I hate buying cars, new or used makes no difference until I stopped by Kunes in Delavan, Wi. I fully expected to get the "standard" sales hustle but I hate buying cars, new or used makes no difference until I stopped by Kunes in Delavan, Wi. I fully expected to get the "standard" sales hustle but got just the opposite. The salesperson who greeted me was Johnny Fernandez and from him I only got friendliness, help, great conversation, and what I felt as honesty in dealing with the purchase of my used 2016 GMC Acadia. At no time did I feel pressured or pushed into something I didn't want. He was very knowledgeable of the features of the car and was able to answer all my questions without hesitation. The test drive went great and after closing the sale I was then dealing with the gentleman who went over the financing options and paperwork, Robert Watt who was also not only friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful. Overall, this buying experience was the BEST I've ever had in over 56 years of buying cars and I would without hesitation buy my next car from them. GREAT experience and thanks guys. More

It's that Car Sales mentality that jumps into our heads, as we begin our journey into buying a car. Our Sales Person, Johnny Fernandez, greeting us in the sales lot quickly put us at ease and began to make the process very comfortable. Johnny was very knowledgeable regarding the Chevy Spark we were considering purchasing. Johnny's approach was to answer questions and not be focused on just selling. After a test drive we sat down to discuss a possible purchase. I've sold Time Share and Health Club Memberships in my past. I know a thing or two about selling and allowing the potential buyer to sell themselves. Johnny became our guy. We strongly liked him and his selling approach and simply felt Mr. Fernandez was topnotch and to boot, we very much like the dealership and the products being sold.
