I believed he was genuinely more interested in making us happy than whatever commission he might make out of this. When our first choice didn't work out he researched and found a possible option in the Elkhorn dealership and said he would go pick it up and bring it to Delavan so we could check it out. It turned out that we loved the car and then he did everything he could to bring the payments to where we could handle things financially, and was as happy as we were when things worked out for us. I do not have the best credit and was told by multiple dealerships I had an approval and then show up to just leave with no car. NOT here Mike found the vehicle I wanted and I came in gave my down payment and within an hour I was leaving with my new 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan. Which I love!!
