2 hour oil change Made an oil change appointment for 8:30 am. Was told it would take an hour. After an hour and a half someone finally came out to tell me they were a Made an oil change appointment for 8:30 am. Was told it would take an hour. After an hour and a half someone finally came out to tell me they were almost done, and I would be on my way. Another half hour passed and finally the car was done. Apparently the technician didn’t listen to the supervisor when he said to complete service on my vehicle because I was waiting versus the customers that dropped off. I was then late for an appointment for 11:00 am. More
