He listened carefully to what we thought we wanted, showed us the pricing of the options considered, and respectfully worked through the whole process to setup a 3 year lease. We had a trade-in, and that was handled in a fair manner. The applicable discounts and incentives were all worked out and applied. We test drove a new Malibu to make sure we liked this model. Mike explained how all of the controls, etc. worked. So there were no unpleasant surprises when we got to the finance manager, Mark Anderson. He was very clear on the details and consistent with what Mike had told us. A great shopping and buying experience! More

I had not wanted a "small " car but Robert "Cody" Bayuk, the salesperson we were working with suggested we drive the new TRAX that was outside his window while he got an EQUINOX for us to test drive. We took him up on his offer and ended up purchasing a TRAX. He was patient and through in finding the one with the safety features we wanted. It was a hot day and he kept us supplied with wonderfully cold water. More
