A good experience in waiting and not taking the 1st offer I drove over 50 miles, and I had been to 5 other dealerships. I really thought I would be leaving empty handed. After looking at dealerships for days, they were the only ones able to accommodate my unique financial I drove to Kunes Country from 40 minutes away. After looking at dealerships for days, they were the only ones able to accommodate my unique financial situation. My car was in rough shape and I needed something new immediately, afraid of what I was going to do if I couldn’t get a car. Upon meeting Mike, every worry I had disappeared. He reassured me that he would do everything in his power to get me a car, all while giving me tips on how to improve my credit and also explaining every part of the process, as I had never purchased from a dealership before. Not only was my experience comfortable and informative, but I was shown great cars that I didn’t even expect were available to me. Mike and his other team members stayed over an hour past close to help me with all the closing details once I chose the perfect car. From transferring the license plates and setting up registration to making all the financial aspects clear. This may be standard, but it meant a lot to me and made getting the car that much more exciting. A week later and I am still in love with my new car. I’ve never had anything so nice and the experience with Mike made it that much more special. I am truly grateful for how they helped and took care of me and I’m excited to visit them in the future for anything I may need. Even if you live far like me, it will be well worth the drive! When the xxxxx dropped by the finance department I bought a van 3 months ago, somehow the finance guy(who fortunately is no longer there) did not get my application sent back to the credit union. This created a nightmare and I just want you to know. Lisa Wagoneer who is the absolute best Saleslady ever! took this issue to Adam the Sales Manager. Adam Zerbach followed up with me and stated he wanted to make this right. I went back and believe it or not.....They actually made it Right(with the exception of a 5 dollar influx from my original wanted payment. Adam with the help of the finance department got us into something 5 years newer and made it right. They gave us a loaner throughout the process and continued to treat us with respect. This issue was handled with the professionalism I admired. Lisa is truly a sweetheart that 1) understands her customers needs 2) Does everything in her power to deliver exactly what you want. I never would go to a dealership for service, however after this experience, I will try the Service department out and continue to deal with Kunes In Delavan. They have built an incredible team that strives for excellence. We all make mistakes, and we all are human. Making right our mistakes makes all the difference in the world!
