The worst Service Department on the planet The ONLY reason this review got a 2 is because of Mike Meyers. He is helpful and mindful of the customers he works with. It’s just unfortunate he works for such a poorly run organization. I seriously think they employ a circus of actual grease xxxxxxx in their shop. All 3 times my car was there for warranty work, there was a issue with the car that stems from people just being plain lazy and not giving a crap about other people’s property. Round 1: Huge scratch down the side of my car, deep enough where the car had to be wet sanded to fix it (the did however take care of this for me). Round 2: the technician left the cowel and weather stripping for the cowel just laying across the engine and bent up the lip that both items attach to. Round 3 (best one yet): Again, just straight laziness, the cowel was once again left off along with the weather stripping, the kick panel under the dash was just left dangling in the foodwell, and to top it off, the guy didn’t even tighten my drain plug all the way. So after a few days of driving it, it loosened up enough for it to start leaking oil all over my driveway! What a joke of a shop! I won’t take my vehicle back here ever again, 12,000 mile warranty or not! More

First time buying a car from a dealership I can't say enough good things about my car buying experience, Jaime Gonzalez you rock, you went out of the way to help me. He was patient in listening to my sob story and understood life sometimes hands us lemons and we need help to squeeze that lemon. I came in thinking I was going home with a very used car probably with a few issues but nothing I couldn't live with as I have been driving a car with no heat, no radio, needed to be jump started everyday for the past 8 months. Praying it would get me to the store and back, I even missed seeing my father before he passed away in April due to a car not running, something I have to live with everyday. Not again, my mother is turning 90 in January and I had to figure out how I was going to get home for her birthday. Jaime made that happen. But in all reality I must thank the owner of Kunes, as he is responsible for hiring caring and compassionate people. Thank you Greg Kunes, God Bless you and your family.
