$10k for a 2010? Put me into a 2010 focus with 93k miles that cost $10k!!! When I went in, inexperienced, I didn’t expect them to take advantage of me as much as they Put me into a 2010 focus with 93k miles that cost $10k!!! When I went in, inexperienced, I didn’t expect them to take advantage of me as much as they did. First off, they pre-approved me on their website for a car that apparently was broken? That’s why I went in initially, to see a car that they weren’t able to sell me. Once I got there they said “oh yeah that car you had talked to us about actually can’t drive, the clutch is broken!! We have this focus tho!! This car started to fall apart shortly after I got it and they’ve been so difficult to work with. I tried to contact them a lot at the beginning once my transmission started to die on me ~5,000 miles after getting it. It took atleast 10 calls on 10 separate dates for an answer on whether or on I had insurance on the car. They said no but did my rebuild for free (after I expressed a LOT of anger, as most people would if you had to call someone 10 times to get an answer for a simple question). After the rebuild my shocks, CHT sensor, brakes, tie rods, etc all started to go bad. All within 10k miles of getting the car. ive sent a few spaced out attempts to get some kind of answer from them, answering their automated calls and asking about quotes for the services and getting “oh I’ll call you back on that one” or “I’ll email you” and getting nothing. I’m done trying. You guys screwed me into a 24% apr loan on a severely over-priced car I didn’t even WANT, and now its costing more to fix than the payments on it. My financial status has gone down since I got this car because of it. If you have bad credit and expect someone to help you, don’t come here. They’ll just screw you over More
