3rd time was a charm and had no doubt. Where do you start. I'm going to start with the Sales Manger Eric. Customer service at it's finest. Ryan also is rated up there with Eric in Customer Service and friendly attitude towards the customers, It's like coming home when you need service or just have a question. That brings me to Service and Parts. Never had a issue getting service or parts for any of my Silverados. The Detail shop was Outstanding making my truck look brand new. Jaime was my sales person and all I can say is he new the Inventory, found my Truck, helped with the set up and features, polite and professional to the fullest extent. The facility is clean, inviting,and well organized. Thank you to all of the employees that work at Kune in Delevan. More

If you buy from Kunes... Lisa is the one to see! First off, I am not a fan of dealerships or some of their "tactics" and I was hesitant to buy from one. Kunes had the vehicle I wanted and the funding First off, I am not a fan of dealerships or some of their "tactics" and I was hesitant to buy from one. Kunes had the vehicle I wanted and the funding sources to get me in that car as my credit is "less than perfect" Enough about the dealership... Now lets talk about Lisa! She has been in the car business for many years and has a standing reputation with some very high end clients. Which if you know the car business at all... the high end clients are the hardest to deal with... but for Lisa, its par for the course. As far as knowledge of the industry and the community she serves... There is no one better. She was calm and understanding with my requests and my hesitation to buy from a dealership and my overall stubbornness (to say the least). She was never "pushy" she took every question I had and answered them without hesitation. I have had other family members buy from her and they have all told me "Lisa will be the only one I will see from now on" and of course, I would have to agree with them.
