If I could give them a zero rating, I would My fiancee and I purchased a 2019 Cadillac XT4 from this dealership. All we have had is issues with the XT4 since we got it. We filed a separate compl My fiancee and I purchased a 2019 Cadillac XT4 from this dealership. All we have had is issues with the XT4 since we got it. We filed a separate complaint to Cadillac as well. 3 main reasons for this complaint 1) Kunes mishandled the financing from the beginning. They improperly calculated the financing and we had to pay $2000 out of pocket. 2) Their service department is the worst experience I have ever worked with. I have had Acura and Infiniti vehicles and the service level for a premium car was 10x what these guys did. On our first free visit, I sat in the waiting area for 2 hrs without being told the additional service they were doing. No communication, and the dirtiest service area I have ever been in. No friendly service when I arrived. And this is Cadillac???? 3) Constant issues with this vehicle and they choose to ignore us. I made multiple calls to this dealership, even to the GM. No callback. When I did get a hold of the service manager, he was rude on the call to me personally and then proceeded to tell me the sales manager told him to not help us. What kind of service and operation do they have here? This is the 3rd Cadillac my fiancee has purchased, and probably the last. To summarize the XT4 issues, the main complaint is that the fuel economy we were told would be 25-29 mpg. This is a 4 cylinder vehicle vs the SRx's she had before. We have gotten no better than 20 mpg. Mostly under 20. We drive it highway miles 98% of the time. So disgusted with the XT4 and the overall Cadillac experience, I personally would NEVER buy one ever. My Acura and Infiniti experience has been 10x better than anything I could imagine with Cadillac and the dealer. Not only have I spent 20+ hrs of my personal time from work and home to fix an issue that isn't ours, but we also used my car mileage and gas to make due with not having an XT4. I am so upset you can't imagine. No offer to remedy. Oh yeah, did I mention they never return calls because they don't like dealing with the mess they created? Oh yeah, that is icing on the cake. Stand for what you do, and for you customers. Don't ignore them because you messed up. Good old Kunes. Letting people down one by one I suppose. More

Right away from the beginning of the conversation, we could tell Darren was an honest and forthcoming salesman. He assured us the car was spectacular, so we made a deal over the phone sight unseen. When we arrived at the dealership a few days later and saw our car, we were totally amazed. What a great bunch of people! All of the staff involved including cashier, finance, service, detailing, were very helpful. When the deal was finalized and walking out we rang the bell and the entire staff applauded us. Sleazy Car Dealership There were a couple of cars for sale on Carfax. We live a couple hours away and called to confirm they were open, the condition, and price. Being reassured that everything was as advertised we drove to Kunes. When we got there 2 other reps came out, but the person we spoke to on the phone was conveniently busy. As once we were there we found out that the car was twice what it was advertised. So we asked about the other car, but it also was twice what it was advertised. They tried to blame Carfax, but we pointed out that we called before driving down and they confirmed the price. It seems obvious they were baiting customers hoping to increase foot traffic. It also seems likely that they are greatly padding the reviews on this site. The reviews are rather consistently paced and lacking of information. Reviews on yelp are primarily negative as well as employment sites where ex employees refer to the sleazy "used car sales" tactics they employee. More
