He made the entire process pretty easy even though we hadn’t stepped foot in the dealership and only viewed the inventory online. The sales price of the vehicle was good, although I could have done better closer to home. Financing left a little bit to be desired as I felt they could have done better. The sales manager didn’t seem very personable and at times seemed like he was going through the motions. For a dealership that didn’t have to do a lot of extra work (they essentially just got the sale), I didn’t feel like a valued customer outside of my sales rep. If it wasn’t for the sales rep I wouldn’t have purchased from the dealership. It wasn’t a dissatisfied transaction by any means, but not overwhelming like I felt from another dealership we passed up.
