Great easy sales I saw a great price on a Malibu on cars.com. I checked with the dealership, and was told the price was a mistake, however the manager said he would h I saw a great price on a Malibu on cars.com. I got there, the car was there, they honored the price, gave me a fair deal on my trade-in (same price I was quoted at other dealer). Salesman Mike explained everything to me, no pressure from the finance man Luis to buy any extra stuff. Tim was straight-forward manager, which I greatly appreciate. This was a great new car buying experience. I was able to buy the car, give them my trade in, and drive away - all in about 2 hours! It is so uncommon to have a car dealership, and management, be straight up and honorable. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to get a good deal, no pressure, and straight forward talk. An HONORABLE dealership! More

Am so satisfied with the genuine, fun and no pressure service besides the fabulous deal of a new car. This was the first time in my life (woman over 55) negotiated a car purchase myself and did not feel service besides the fabulous deal of a new car. Matt was the laid back, generous, and humorous salesperson who if I annoyed him in any way did not flinch. "everything for the customer." All of the team was friendly, genuine and fabulous. Fridays they all wear football jerseys and play 70's music in this small, but vast dealership. Had been to other car "schmealers" during the week prior and this is tops. And did I mention funnnnn? Every time I bring the car in for any work it is a Huge hassle (by design) and they refuse to wash my new car after the work is done. My family has bought 4 new cars from lake Geneva tm in the past 5 years and I will never buy car from there again! Avoid these liars at all costs!!! More
