I had purchased an SUV about 11 months ago from Steven who is awesome, had a 50k service performed and I was unhappy with the service. After speaking with the service department, Adam the GM overheard my who is awesome, had a 50k service performed and I was unhappy with the service. After speaking with the service department, Adam the GM overheard my concerns. After going over the concerns the guys in back Bob, John, Brian and a young technician went above and beyond to ease my concerns and will always recommend this dealership for anything. Kyle More

Experience was ok. Everytime I called no one answered for 2 days. They did call back but it always took a hour or 2. Came to Lake Geneva from Madison to enjoy a boat trip around the lake. It was an awesome trip, but only to find my right front tire very low on air when we returned to the truck. Googled GMC and this d around the lake. It was an awesome trip, but only to find my right front tire very low on air when we returned to the truck. Googled GMC and this dealership was just around the corner. I was met at the door by Ryan, what a super nice guy. When I told him my situation, he took our truck and pulled it into their service area. Shortly thereafter, Robert gave us the news that our tire could not be repaired, but they would put my spare on. Within 30 minutes, I was off to Madison. There customer services far exceeded my expectations. Good job to the team at Kunes Lake Geneva. More
