I wanted to start my new year off right so I visit kunes. Justin was my sales person.( great guy) I had in mind what vehicle I wanted but was very unsure about the purchase. I told Justin what all features I wanted so once we started to go over the details in the vehicle he had found me the prefect match. I had a bad time at another dealer! So Kunes invited me to come look at their cars. They led me on just like the others did. I walked out without a car when they said I was approved!!! I bought my car on August 30, 2023. I will start this with I do enjoy my vehicle but...I am very disappointed in Kunes Dealership. I will not buy another car from them. When buying the car I was given 1 fob and I told them I would need a second one. I was told no problem. My mistake was not getting in writing. It was a very impulsive buy and I did make a few mistakes. Also the guy selling me the vehicle never went thru the features that the car has. I keep finding new things that I had no clue I have. After the sale I did reach out to one of the managers Brian 3 times with questions and some info on my trade in. Never heard back. Still no fob. Then I brought it in for an oil change and I told I the guy I was holding off on my review until I could maybe resolve the fob issue. He also promised me a fob and a call from the Manager Brian. Nothing but crickets. I'm sure I made a mistake buying a vehicle without my husband or son-in-law with ie: A woman buying a vehicle alone. Needless to say I am very disappointed and I will only be back for the oil changes that I have already paid for. More
I took my car in for a estimate on damage from hitting a deer. Jason in service dept took care of me and I left, he was going to send info and pictures to my Insurance co and get back to me to set up a appo deer. Jason in service dept took care of me and I left, he was going to send info and pictures to my Insurance co and get back to me to set up a appointment once the parts were in. After a week of not hearing anything I called the Insurance co they hadn't heard anything from Kunes. The agent called several times and I called and left messages 6 times for Jason and for Alex the service manager. Nothing, they never called back so I took my business elsewhere. It was a much better Dealership when it was Allstar Buick! Ther terrible, no way to run a business! More
