The reason for my 2 star rating is for a couple of reasons. When I bought my new truck I was told that to do the install on a few things and put the Zurich Shield on would only take a day. I set my appointment up for 9 am on Thursday and had my truck there on time. When I dropped my truck of my service writer told me it should be all done same day. I called at 12:50 pm to find out what was going on with my truck, I was told my service writer would get right back to me. It was nearly 4 pm when he called me telling me that the truck wouldn’t be done for another day. Communication is key and it seems that failed. Second when the installed the protective sealer on the interior they just wiped half of it down and missed a bunch on my dash. Seems as though the service team needs to get their ducks in a row. More

Exceeded my expectations. Was in for oil change n tire rotation. Unfortunately there was a scratch on my vehicle when I picked it up.
