I had a 1:15 appt for an oil change. I arrived at 1:07. Someone finally came and talked with me about 1:27 to see why I was there. Car was then taken and I was told I could wait, whic I arrived at 1:07. Someone finally came and talked with me about 1:27 to see why I was there. It took more than an hour and a half from my appointment time to my car being ready. For an oil change. Another customer, who came in after me, was told his car was ready well before mine. I've never had this happen here before. Usually service has been prompt and I've been satisfied. But not this time. I'm very disappointed. The person who took my car never identified himself. But he was a tall, slender man. More
