I am also EXTREMELY pleased with the Auto body and mechanical repairs that were done to my GMC Yukon Denali BOTH times I have brought it to your business. Personally comparing my previous experiences with other auto body shops it seemed like a dream!!! Both times I have worked Ed Kosmatka in the body shop and both times he has made my experience pleasantly smooth from beginning to end. He took the time to give me all the information I needed, dealt with the insurance companies, answered all my questions, and returned my phone calls in a VERY timely manner!! I highly appreciated all the assistance he gave me with the rental vehicle. He took the time to organize a pick up time for me and made sure it was returned saving me precious time. Even minor automobile accidents like I had are extremely inconvenient and aggravating to my busy lifestyle so having EXCEPTIONAL experiences at John Paul's Buick I was able to walk away with a smile on my face.
