Repair and rental I have always had great service with John Paul’s. Steve in the service department has never let me down! If they need my vehicle longer than expected they have always found me A way of transportation. they have always been easy for me to get in and never any hassles! Unsatisfactory I am dissatisfied with Ed's work regarding my Verano. He was asked to inspect the underside and notify me of any further damage to my car after runnin I am dissatisfied with Ed's work regarding my Verano. He was asked to inspect the underside and notify me of any further damage to my car after running over a tire. He said inspection was complete and said car was ready for pick-up.Clearly, he did not test drive the car. After releasing the car to me, it was evident with the thumping under the car, something was overlooked. Very disappointing since he had my car since last Thursday and I still DO NOT have my car.
