3 hour wait I went to have an engine light checked 2 hours passed with no update. The service desk checked for me they had to find my paperwork an hour later i wa I went to have an engine light checked 2 hours passed with no update. The service desk checked for me they had to find my paperwork an hour later i was told nothing was wrong. It should not take that long to hook a computer to a vehicle and get the code and find out what is wrong. I did it and it took 15-20 mins and i do have issues with my vehicle not sure what was going on if 2-3 hour waits are normal not happy about it . More

Disappointed Spent $3000 on an extended warranty and had to pay for tire repair that should have been covered. Problem “Service Side Detection System” error not fixed The service tech we dealt with was caught in several lies about what was actually happening to our 2018 Acadia. GM not willing to fix their cars for some reason and since it is a $40,000 plus car they do not want to replace a $1000 part to keep their customer satisfied. Use Sol or Steve if your car needs work.
