Beyond Expectations! We were treated exceptionally well during our visit. We were taken care of as soon as we drove in the door. We had mentioned we would like a shuttle We were treated exceptionally well during our visit. We were taken care of as soon as we drove in the door. We had mentioned we would like a shuttle ride to the restaurant across the street when we called for an appointment. They actually entered that into our appointment notes and the shuttle driver was there waiting for us. We ate and called our service representative when we finished and the shuttle driver was there in a few minutes. When our truck was finished, (oil change and all points inspection) our Service Rep. went through the entire list of points and explained them all. We couldn't be happier with the way we were treated. The shuttle driver (1st shift) was so very courteous and polite. It was a wonderful experience. Greg and Gail Larson More

Joe is CX-focused at all times which is evident in his personality, how he communicates to ensure understanding, his knowledge of the autos, and his ability to admit he is uncertain about a solution yet follows through with an answer. Joe proves you don’t have to be a disgruntled curmudgeon to work in the GMC service center. The man is an example for all, which everyone in any management capacity likely aware. A few weeks ago I had stopped in for a quick nitrogen air refill on a Saturday, and the advisor, who was on duty, reminded me that if the tire did not hold the air, i should bring it in for a more in depth look. This past week I called my regular service advisor,Solomon Bunn, to report the warning of low tire pressure was ringing. Dave, the technician, and Solomon found a nail. Now I am again road ready to traverse the potholes thanks to the fine service. And, the women at the counter are also friendly and efficient. More
