The lady behind the counter waited 15 minutes before she came out and acknowledged me. The whole time she sat there just drinking her Starbucks. Not even answering phone. Older service guy pulled out fou came out and acknowledged me. The whole time she sat there just drinking her Starbucks. Not even answering phone. Older service guy pulled out four cars and one new customer before she even got off her stool. Then she didn’t even know how late you were open. I complete waste of my time. More
