The service was faster than I thought it would be. They were very nice & friendly. Offered me an oil change knowing I needed one and I assumed it would be expensive but it was actually cheaper than what I were very nice & friendly. I have had horrible service and issues with my 2015 Acadia that I leased and bought out from your dealership. For the past couple years, my vehicle would randomly stop as if I slammed on my breaks on h Acadia that I leased and bought out from your dealership. For the past couple years, my vehicle would randomly stop as if I slammed on my breaks on highways, at intersections, on main roads, etc. Since then, I have been in multiple times and have been told by your servicemen that I lied about issues I experienced with my car, asked if I drove with two feet, been laughed at, and my issues pushed aside all because they chose to not take my issues seriously. I spent thousands of dollars on an extended car warranty and hours of my time coming in with my vehicle after these incidents would happen and was told “everything looked fine”. Everything was not fine and the issues would continue randomly. I would dread bringing my car in to be serviced after these issues would continue to happen due to the lack of care or consideration for my and my family’s safety for the vehicle I purchased from this dealership. Recently I brought my vehicle in for the same issue and worked with a serviceman named Steve. He listened, apologized, and was able to identify and fix the issue that previously other servicemen stated did not exist. The entire experience felt like I was at a new dealership with the amount of consideration he had and devotion to identify and fix the issue. Thank you Steve for all of your help and kind words, for taking my and my family’s safety seriously, and for fixing my car! More

Needed an emissions recall service done, they ordered all necessary correct parts, and installed correctly. Great communication as well, as parts were not available for first appointment, but they made sure necessary correct parts, and installed correctly.
