Unlike the previous poster, we had such a good experience with Pat Doherty in sales that we went back a month later and purchased a second new vehicle from him, even though the vehicle was at another dealers with Pat Doherty in sales that we went back a month later and purchased a second new vehicle from him, even though the vehicle was at another dealership closer to our house. We have had some service issues, but Dave Dineen, the service manager, is a really nice, straightforward guy and eventually got them resolved (GM ended up exchanging the car). Our purchases are through the GM Employee pricing program, so there was no negotiation.<br><br>F&I experience was the absolute smoothest I've ever had - no pressure on extended warranties, no offers of VIN etching, paint protection/sealant or any of the standard dealer tricks. In and out in 10 minutes.<br><br>Very pleased with this dealership. Will buy again, but not for a few years... More
