A sales guy called me because he said his dealership was interested in buying my car that I had for sale on craigslist. I told him what I wanted for my car for sale and he said multiple times, yes we can gi interested in buying my car that I had for sale on craigslist. I told him what I wanted for my car for sale and he said multiple times, yes we can give you that price. I said ok here is the VIN #, check out the carfax and then call me back. So he did. He said that he checked the carfax and he talked to his used car sales guy and I should come in and they would buy my car from me or use toward trade in. So I called again to confirm that his wasn't a waste of time and that he had double checked everything with manager... Oh yayaya. He said, it's all good come on in. So I drive to dealership, which isn't just right around the corner either... And the used car manager comes out and says ok, let's check the VIN#. Right then I knew this other sales guy lied... He never checked the VIN after he told me he did. Comes out from inside and says, nope we can't buy your car, sorry. REALLY. Whata Joke. That is why I called 2 times before I drove out there ... To make sure I wasn't wasting my time. Wow. Lied to, decieved. Soooo mad at this sales guy. I'm pretty sure I knew more about cars than he did. He shouldn't be in the car business. I can't even describe to you how angry I was at that moment. Just rediculous. Such a waste of time, gas and effort. Very very mad. More
I scheduled an appointment to have an oil change and tire rotation. In addition I had 3 other minor items looked at for a qoute: cut 2 new keys,(check a fan for noise and side mirror vibration. I had to schedule outside of a weekend because they only do tire changes and oil on Saturdays. My wife has to go because she has Fridays open. We have had a couple minor issues in the past but nothing we could not work out. This day was different, very different. After calling over a week in advance to schedule the appointment and extra items my wife walks in and they say she is only scheduled for an oil change and tire rotation. Paul did say they could work her in. She said she was waiting but going to get something to eat across the street. I called at 1:45 almost 40 minutes after she dropped it off to check and make sure they were doing all the right things. Paul said he needed a tech to look at it and it would be another 30 minutes to hour and a half and he would call me back. I was upset because first they screwed up the schedule and second not once did they say it would take over 2 hours. Paul said he was so busy today with so many calls from customers. WHAT AM I???? Guess what Paul took the entire hour and a half and I still had to called to check. He claimed that he was about to call me. Then he rattled ino this $1200 charge and need the vehicle for 2 days to fix a mirror and actuator fan. Nonetheless I was ticked off. I asked to speak with the manager. Jay initially handled it well. Then we talked about the extra work for the truck (brakes and tires) said we should have done. I said fine and even at that point willing to give them more business for tires an brakes. Another $1500. I asked a couple quick questions an Jay said had to look into it. Paul called me back 10 to 15 minutes later and jumped into more costs and dollars. At this point the vehicle and wife were there for over 3 hours. Then Paul said it would be another 15 to 30 minutes to get the tires back on. I am sorry, but I lost it. Not once did anyone say it would take 3.5 hours for these items even after we had an appointment. I think Jay and Paul had so many customers we got lost in the shuffle. Nonetheless we will never go there again because each time I asked why it took so long I got the "you aren't are only customer" and the "we are so busy comment.". This all could have been avoided if Paul or Jay would have said we are busy his might take several hours since we know you are waiting do you need a shuttle or you make other arrangements. Since John Paul is so busy we will go somewhere that recognizes we are customers too and you should tell us that a couple items are going to take over 3.5 hours to look at to get a qoute. Sorry John Paul you have lost all our service and purchase of our next Yukon. More
I purchased gift certificates for an oil change and deluxe car wash for our vehicles. We needed to make a 2 hour appointment in order to get both of these done. I went with my vehicle and they ran out deluxe car wash for our vehicles. We needed to make a 2 hour appointment in order to get both of these done. I went with my vehicle and they ran out of time to do the deluxe car wash so they told me to come back another time and now my husband used up vacation time to take his van and they did the same thing to him. I spoke to the manager who said that someone called in sick this morning and I asked him why we didn't get a call to tell us that they wouldn't be able to do the entire job and he didn't have an answer to that. Now my husband and I both are suppose to waste more of our time to go back for the deluxe car wash that we were suppose to get when we had the oil changed. What a waste of time for both of us and very inconvenient. Not at all happy with their service. More
I have been working with Sol everytime I go for work on my car and he has been just great. He is the best. Always treats me very well and fair. I recently had my car serviced there and the experience was a nightmare to say the least. After having a bulb replaced I had to go back because the job was not properly done- my signal was no longer workin was a nightmare to say the least. After about 20 minutes he comes back and says I need to hand over 30 bucks to have it fixed. At this point I'm confused and start asking questions about what had happened the day before when my car had been serviced. He immediately became annoyed and started talking to me in a condescending way. At one point he stands up, barks that he's done with me throws away my bulb and storms off. Not only am I in shock at this point but so are the other people in the waiting room who heard and saw his unprofessionalism.So I ask for the manager and then Sol does a 180 and says that the problem will be taken care of free of charge. I talk to the manager anyway and he says that if I want to come back again he will take care of me. Humm... that was really nice of him but do I really want to go back to a place where I am not sure I will be treated with respect and have my car servicedright the first time? More
