Rip off 7:30 am - First I Told them a few times, to call me before any work was done. Finally got a hold of someone in the service dept at 3 pm and they told me work was done. Part was under warranty and they found rust on my brakes. I had to pay 90.00 for the brake work. What the heck? if they would have called I would have told them forget the brakes . Rip off! They needed to make something . I'm reporting them. Dont go here! More
Navigation system not working Purchased new Buick Lacrosse in August 2016. Navigation heads up system not working. Had the vehicle in for service on 2 occasions and was told the Purchased new Buick Lacrosse in August 2016. Navigation heads up system not working. Had the vehicle in for service on 2 occasions and was told there is nothing wrong. I took the vehicle to another G.M. dealer and he confirmed the problem. The system is definitely not working as it is suppose to. Several attempts to contact service manager Nick Harmon failed. Refuses to answer telephone and will not return voice mail calls. My suggestion to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle, DO NOT GO TO JOHN PAUL BUICK. All they care about is making the sale and hoping you go away. More
Overall terrible experience! After purchasing multiple vehicles at another local dealership we considered giving John Paul's a try. During the first visit we stood in the showroom After purchasing multiple vehicles at another local dealership we considered giving John Paul's a try. During the first visit we stood in the showroom for nearly 15 minutes and we're never greeted. When we asked for assistance we were asked how we got in since it was within 30 minutes of closing rather than an offer of assistance. Needless to say we took our business elsewhere. However, we recently returned reluctantly to this dealership and again had another awful experience. Sales people that try to use old school tactics to force a sale as opposed to working with a customer. A sales manager that will talk down to you after explaining his own inflated, egotistical story of how he got to where he is in the business. It's amazing that these types of tactics still exist in today's modern age of the car shopping experience. Instead of being considerate to a customer during the negotiation process, it seems that the belittle and disgrace technique suits this dealerships staff just fine. Nevermind the lack of knowledge displayed by the sales person in an effort to secure a deal. This lack of knowledge is something one can accept providing you don't lie to a customer in the process. More
