Excellent Customer Service I visited John Paul’s on Saturday morning, 9/30/17, with my mother to purchase a car for myself. My mother bought her vehicle there in 2012 and has nothing but good things to say about the dealer. Since her English is very limited, Luis has always helped her out when she brings her car in for service. He was very courteous, helpful and honest; he explained the features of the cars I tested and did everything to help us out. The way John Paul’s treats their customers long after the car purchase is one thing that motivated me to purchase my vehicle from them. Thank you, Luis! More

Best Deal in Town We have been looking for a car since spring of this year. We had narrowed our search down to a Cadillac or an Enclave. After looking at many dealershi We have been looking for a car since spring of this year. We had narrowed our search down to a Cadillac or an Enclave. After looking at many dealerships and speaking with many salespeople, we ended up back at John Paul to buy another Enclave. Dick listened to what our parameters were. Found us an Enclave which fulfilled our needs. Was able to answer any and all questions, and gave us the best price compared to the dealers with which we had spoken. We were so pleased we recommended him to our sister. She just bought a Buick Enclave from Dick today. Thanks for making the car buying experience so enjoyable. More

BULLSEYE Dart experience I was in the market for a newer used car back in July. I knew what I wanted, a Dodge Dart GT with a manual transmission. Finding one in the color I wa I was in the market for a newer used car back in July. I knew what I wanted, a Dodge Dart GT with a manual transmission. Finding one in the color I wanted (RED) with the options and miles I wanted was like finding a needle in a haystack! After driving from North Central Indiana to Detroit to look at one that was close to I wanted, only to be disappointed with the experience I drove all the way home and regrouped. I’m glad that one didn’t work out, as I found the PERFECT one at John Paul’s! I looked to try and find one closer to home to no avail, I decided to make the trek. I’m sure glad I did! The car was exactly what I wanted, and they were having their “Love your Liver” event and had a giant pink flamingo up front, a good sign! They’re my good luck charm! We were greeted warmly by Chuck, who wanted to assure us that the car was stick, we told him yes that’s why we were looking at it! He went and got the keys and had us look over the car and asked if we were ready for a test drive. Not being comfortable driving stick at the time, I had my mom do the test drive (and drive the car home the 200+ miles and through Chicago traffic). We talked numbers, and Chuck repeatedly said “we want to make you happy, we want to make something work.” I knew what I wanted for my trade and what I wanted to pay for the car. Everything worked out, and Chuck held up his side making me happy! I do want to note that the car didn’t have the antenna and he told us that he thought they had it, only to find that they didn’t when we went to leave. Chuck said that they would order it Monday morning and mail it out. We didn’t have it in writing so I figured it was just that same old talk to get you to buy. But it wasn’t! He called me early Monday morning saying they got the antenna and it was in the mail! Top notch customer service!!! The financing guy (his name slips my mind) was wonderful also! He found me a great rate and laid out different options with extended warranty and GAP. He wasn’t pushy or anything when I only wanted the GAP policy. I’m overall extremely HAPPY! I love my Dart! I’m gladly driving my car around Northern Indiana with the John Paul’s decal and plate bracket! Something I will not do! I’d gladly buy another used car and have recommended them to my friends and family who are willing to travel for a vehicle purchase! The whole experience made the trip worthwhile! More

Not one but two vehicles- it was a long but rewarding day. It was our intention to return our leased vehicle in and take advantage of the lease pay out and mileage perks for doing so. As we were doing so the GMC Denali Arcadia caught our eye and our hearts with its smooth ride, great look and added electronics package. We decided to take the Arcadia home with us. As the paper work was finalizing I sent my husband to test ride their selection of trucks because we knew that one day soon we would need to replace the one we had. Needless to say a Seirra truck has joined the Arcadia in our driveway because of it's smooth ride, great look and electronics package. Thanks Dick for a delightful day! More
