Easy place to purchase a car I was in the market for a new SUV and was torn between purchasing a Chevy Equinox and another Buick Encore. I really wanted a slightly larger vehicle I was in the market for a new SUV and was torn between purchasing a Chevy Equinox and another Buick Encore. I really wanted a slightly larger vehicle than the Encore but didn't want to pay a lot more (the Envision did not meet our price requirement.) I did not want to change to Chevy as I've been a customer of this dealership for over 30 years and want to maintain this relationship. Lisa showed us the GMC Terrain which met all of our requirements, including how much we wanted to pay. There was one option that was not available in the Terrains on the lot - we wanted Sirius XM radio. Lisa did find a Terrain to suit us and had it brought in from another place. She did an excellent job in keeping us informed of the status of the Terrain order and explaining how to use all the options when it came in. If we had not met her, we might not have purchased the GMC vehicle we wanted. More
