Beyond Expectations! We were treated exceptionally well during our visit. We were taken care of as soon as we drove in the door. We had mentioned we would like a shuttle We were treated exceptionally well during our visit. We were taken care of as soon as we drove in the door. We had mentioned we would like a shuttle ride to the restaurant across the street when we called for an appointment. They actually entered that into our appointment notes and the shuttle driver was there waiting for us. We ate and called our service representative when we finished and the shuttle driver was there in a few minutes. When our truck was finished, (oil change and all points inspection) our Service Rep. went through the entire list of points and explained them all.
