Out of town needed Help I was from of out town, car had locked up brakes had the car towed on a Sunday night call service on Monday morning talked to Joe Carini He was a Big I was from of out town, car had locked up brakes had the car towed on a Sunday night call service on Monday morning talked to Joe Carini He was a Big Help. I was 80 miles away back home and not knowing car status he review the car and updated me on the problem.He was able to have the parts and service the car so I could drive back 80 miles that Monday late afternoon and pickup the car. Being from out of town Joe took the time to work with me as if I was a customer of John Paul Brick that had done my service for years.THANKS JOE More

I also enjoyed his stories about the history of David Dunbar Buick - I am an American history buff, so these stories added an additional touch to the sales process. It took me awhile to comprehend all of the new innovations & technology but Chris had the patience to make sure I understood all of the details. Poor customer service. Safety hazard not informing customer Made appointment for a routine oil change for my Dodge Ram 1500. After a 2 hour wait, found out they did not have the correct oil filter in stock and Made appointment for a routine oil change for my Dodge Ram 1500. After a 2 hour wait, found out they did not have the correct oil filter in stock and could not do the tire rotation due to difficulty removing a few lug nuts which they did not have in stock. My oil was changed however the filer was not. The car was washed and pulled around front for me to pick up. I noticed a lug nut was missing from the front tire and when I questioned the person who pulled the truck around, he said it was stripped and he could not get it back on. They never should have scheduled the oil change appointment if the filters were not in stock. A Dodge Ram 1500 is a common truck. Had I not noticed the lug nut missing from the front tire, I would be still driving around without it which is a safety hazard. I found it hard to believe a standard lug nut off a Dodge Ram was also not in stock. The larger concern is I was not notified the lug nut was missing. We bought my wifes buick from this dealership which is why I had taken our truck there for an oil change. Now I need to make another trip back for tire rotation and filter replacement. More
