Frustrating and long wait Spent an hour and a half in waiting room for tire rotation and oil change. The rotation wasn't even done because they say lug nuts swelled. I was particularly impressed with the "Team Attitude" of your staff. When something was needed, other Team members pitched in to resolve the issue. As an example, my key FOB had a broken case, and Robert, along with another Sales Associate, worked to resolve the issue. After the sale, I was advised to not become a stranger, and was asked to stop in with any questions, or for a car wash. My experience so far, indicates that John Paul's has put together a winning team ! More

AwesomeAndre Andre made the entire transaction Awesome. He would continuously intruduse more and more features of my vehicle making it a done deal over and over. Andre even gave me a choice to come back another day after the sale so he could go over everything on my dash....at which time he down loaded the Buick apt for me and set me up with on star...he found a manual for me!
