I contacted John Paul’s Buick Dealership on behalf of my 24-yr old daughter, who lives in Milwaukee, and whose car broke down. She just started a new nursing job, so was stressing about how she was going to 24-yr old daughter, who lives in Milwaukee, and whose car broke down. She just started a new nursing job, so was stressing about how she was going to search for a Buick dealership to fix her car. I am her mother and live in Neenah, Wisconsin. John Paul was one of the closest Buick dealerships to her apartment. And boy, was I glad I called because from the first person who answered the phone up until the last phone call I took letting me know the car was fixed… regarding customer service, they certainly went above and beyond. Thank you so very much with your help and getting my daughter’s car fixed in such a timely matter. More

Uncertain of the names of the two women at the customer service desk, but they were very kind and helpful. I can’t recall my advisor’s name but he was excellent. Solomon was a major issue.
