I brought the vehicle in for a routine maintenance, and to have some insurance covered body work done. They dealt with the insurance claim with no further effort on my part, and kept me up to date with th to have some insurance covered body work done. They offered me a loaner, even thought it was not covered by insurance, and it was there over the weekend. I did not need it, but I didi appreciate the offer. I went to install the rear seat dvd entertainment system. I brought the car in at 7:30am on Friday the 27th. As of 4pm I have not heard back on the status of the car. I called several times and left a message to the service rep I dealt with. Finally I decided to go there, but I had to pick up my son first from his daycare. If I went without my son, I might miss the closing time in his daycare. So when I got there, the work was done (which makes me wonder how long it has been done and why nobody called me). But I couldnt ask any questions because my 2.5 yr old son wanted to get going. Over the weekend we tried to use it, and couldnt figure out how to have the sounds come out of the speaker system. I will have to go back there and figure it out. Very inconvenient since now I dont live close to this dealer (we moved last yr) This is all becuase I did not get a call when my car was done. I was planning to get it at lunch time... Very annoyed and disappointed More
