This is the first time I used Kundert Volvo for repairs. I was extremely satisfied with the service managers knowledge as well as his honesty. Service desk is generally helpful and friendly, some times hardcore on the up sell of service. The repair shop mechanics are more parts changers that hope for the best rather then solve the problem, no times hardcore on the up sell of service. Flat tire on a new XC70 with only 3,000 miles on the car. Charged 50% over the MSRP and tire not covered under warranty which it should have been. Complete rip off.
