I was more than pleased with his approach and professionalism, diligence in seeing that my concerns were met and assuring that my service was complete and as painless(time and money) as possible. While there I also ran into Tony Calderon, who sold me this car, and made sure all was going as expected, and Pete Pesce, who has been an excellent service adviser for me in the past. Took my car in on 07/20/12 for the THIRD time for a moaning noise when I steer or at low speed. I Was told Mike was on vacation that week, and when I started to explain why I was calling, I was just xferred to parts. Left a voicemails there, and no one called me back. Called back @5:20, and as I started to explain, I was xferred to Pete, but got his voicemail, so I called back. Now I'm annoyed.. the girl who answered was nice, but couldn't help me. She said she will tell someone to call me back. Monday, July 30th, once again, I had to call @ 1:30pm because I had not received a call yet. I spoke with Pete, who was nice and helpful, and finally scheduled my car for 8AM. My reminder email said 10AM, and I called to find out why. The girl who answered started off ok, but than got ruder and ruder, until I finally had it and asked to speak to the manager. The longer I was willing to hold for Mike, the nicer she started to become again. She was arguing with me over a stupid detail that she said I should've told her in the first place, that I was getting a loaner car. Well, HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO KNOW THIS???? I don't make these calls everyday - she, however, TAKES these calls every day, so she started arguing back and forth whether or not I said I was waiting for my car to be fixed. I did not. I said I couldn't stand around waiting for them to take my car in. Anyway, it was an overall, aggrivating and frustrating experience. More
