I would have provided a higher rating but multiple times I tried to call the service center to receive an update but was not able to get through to my service advisor. It was not the advisor's fault but non I tried to call the service center to receive an update but was not able to get through to my service advisor. Additionally, I talked in the morning about having some minor painting on a part arranged and this was not addressed when I picked up the car. Otherwise, everything was great. I took my vehicle for the 15,000-mile maintenance service. I enjoyed the experience in the sense that all was explained to me, a loaner was at my disposal and I felt comfortable that my vehicle was service. Came for an oil change and to get a new key, When service was completed put key in ignition and started the car and felt the car did not start correctly. the engine seemed to shudder a little and started slo was completed put key in ignition and started the car and felt the car did not start correctly. the engine seemed to shudder a little and started slowly I Was in a rush and though it would be ok. however it continue to act up and i should have taken back to the dealership right away but was busy, The car finally died @ 10 days after service , When towed to dealership was told no way it was service it was a bad battery and the car has 60000 miles, however car was fine before service , problems right after? Shannon Reilly is an asset to the dealership. She did everything in her power to help me solve any problems I had with the car. From the time I called to schedule the appointment, to the time I left with everything in her power to help me solve any problems I had with the car.
