Kundert Volvo of Hasbrouck Heights - Service Center

I have purchased Volvos from Kundert for about 30 years. The sales people have always been friendly and helpful as have the service advisors. I'm writing this today about my service and repair of last week The sales people have always been friendly and helpful as have the service advisors. I'm writing this today about my service and repair of last week, ending 8/2/13. My car showed a low oil warning light, so I called Pete Pesce in service. He advised me to check the oil and add oil if needed while at the same time we scheduled regular maintenance with an eye on the oil problem and 2 other small issues I had. I dropped the car off, got a much needed loaner and waited for the prognosis. It was a major repair which they went to work on while promising to keep me in the loop. Pete went over and above with his great service to me. When I mentioned I needed the car in 3 days to leave on a family vacation, he dug right in telling me they would do everything in their power to get us the car asap. Pete also said he would do all he could to get me a larger loaner for the trip if necessary. I was relieved he understood my situation and felt I had a "friend" helping me out in a pinch. Scheduled original appointment, showed up and to find out i not placed on then schedule, dealt with Shannon who was extremely nice and apologized for the original mess up by a male service rep. I brought my vehicle in for a 50,00 mile service as well as with windshield, BLS and other computer related issues. Mr. Pesce was extremely attentive to my concerns/ issues and reviewed each area of concern as with windshield, BLS and other computer related issues. Mr. Pesce was extremely attentive to my concerns/ issues and reviewed each area of concern with me to ensure that the same were accurately noted for service purposes. Mr. Pesce ensured that the loaner vehicle I requested was available for me as promised. Due to the extent of the work performed on my vehicle it took a little more that one day to perform the necessary repairs and computer program upgrades. During this time, Mr. Pesce most acceptably kept me apprised of the progress on my vehicle and thoroughly and completely answered any questions that I had regarding the repairs. The repairs to my vehicle were completed as promised and I was promptly notified that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Upon my arrival, Mr. Pesce reviewed the work performed which was also documented and given to me as part of the service history of my car. I was extremely pleased with the service, repairs and maintenance on my vehicle. I most certainly commend the Kundert Vovlo Dealership and have recommended them to family and friends for over twenty years. More
