Having Chip as a service advisor is a dream. He promptly updated me as to the problems that he found and time and cost of the work that my car needed. Brian, the EXTRAordinary service manager, takes a long view in terms of business practices, and acts to cultivate a relationship with the customer, rather than make a killing in every transaction. Some of the work performed on my car, actually more than a little, did not show up on my bill. Brian's manager, Billy, took my car in and provided a loaner, without an appointment, and followed through on every detail I addressed. No dealership could compete with this one. I’m looking forward to returning. Even the physical setting is impressive. It feels like a high-end hotel. The waiting room feels like a comfortable living room. More
