Excellent Service! I brought my car to a local gas station to have it inspected. It did not pass inspection. They told me it needed rear brakes and rotors. I knew to call Volvo right away to see if any of this would be covered. I was able to get an appointment quickly. Once I reached Volvo I told them the situation. Jim Penambere checked my 2015 XC60 for me and let me know that we only needed rear break pads and they were covered under our warranty! Thanks for being honest and saving me $500 on something we did not need! More
