I had a problem and was given an appointment within 2 days, and when I arrived I was greated with a smile, and my problems were documented and handled on the spot. I was given the option to wait to see days, and when I arrived I was greated with a smile, and my problems were documented and handled on the spot. I was given the option to wait to see what the issue was and then would either be driven to my office or given a loaner if there was one available, all of this only if the car could not be fixed immediately. I was done and out within 90 minutes and everyone in the service department was very pleasant. More

We are thrilled with our pre-owned volvo s60. It is our first experience owning a volvo and we are sold! Al at the dealership was very pleasant, honest, and the entire experirence was wonderful.
