This was our first experience with Kundert Volvo, however, it certainly won't be our last. I'm guessing we've been walking into the wrong dealerships all of these years because our experience at Kundert was nothing less than spectacular. I know it may sound a little over the top or exaggerated, but I'm not sure of how else to explain it. It was so surprisingly easy; we walked in on a Saturday inquiring about a new S60 for my wife and a used S40 for my daughter. Our sales consultant, Tony, was able to advise us of our options. Ultimately we were able to go forward with the used S40. I checked out the car further with my daughter on Monday and we were there again on Tuesday purchasing the vehicle. Erin, our finance associate, was equally as good taking care of the financial end of things. We honestly couldn't be happier. I made my service appointment over the phone to schedule a loaner car for the day. When I arrived for the appointment, which was my first one for this manufacturer and dealership, They went through the proc a loaner car for the day. When my car was ready they called me to inform me and when I arrived, they very quickly checked the miles on the loaner and showed me to the cashier. My Car was parked very conveniently for my easy access. Overall, an excellent service experience. More

Everyone is so friendly every time I bring my car in for service. This time was no exception, Pete took care of me right away and got me into a loaner car and off to work on time. Pete called me, I believe before noon that day to let me know they had already found the source of the water sounds. He wanted to let me know right away that I would be without my car for a few days so I could plan accordingly. I really appreciated that and luckily since I had the loaner car it was not much of an inconvenience for me. As always I was pleased with my visit. I dropped my car off and got my loaner car and was to work in plenty of time.
