Honestly, he's the best car sales person I have ever dealt with. He didn't try to "sell" me and I appreciated that. He went above and beyond for us from taking us to see car options at another lot without any complaints. He got us the BEST deal and we truly appreciated that.I love the fact that he's a straight shooter and very relatable. He ordered us a new key for the roof rack which I lost, put on my new plates and even offered to return the old ones to DMV. Now that is service. I will recommend all of my friends to work with only Jay. He's amazing at his job. He told me to follow my gut with the color and not settle and that's exactly what we did.
