I appreciate that they were able to squeeze us in due to my husband's medical condition. I was referred to Bernie by my friend who had recently purchased a Volvo with his assistance. I was very happy with Bernie's attention and customer service. He recommended a test drive with 2 different mo purchased a Volvo with his assistance. I was very happy with Bernie's attention and customer service. He recommended a test drive with 2 different models even though one was a lower price than the one I originally was interested in. When I did decide to go with the XC60, he showed me all the settings on the car and even adjusted the drivers seat for me. I would highly recommend Bernie to any potential buyers! More

I had done my research on the XC-40 that I purchased, as far as price was co with. I have worked with Bernie several times over the past few years. He was able to meet the price, no haggling, and most importantly he did not push me to purchase expensive add on's from the finance manager. I spent no more than an hour in the showroom, and we were able to do the paperwork on line.
